Я добавляю только на тех сайтах, где это уместно, не использую рассылку в контактные формы, поскольку это вызывает претензии у админов.
Для анкорных ссылок я использую только те ресурсы, где можно проставить анкор, а не так как некоторые ставят, анкор в виде открытого HTML, что вредит сайту, роботы замечают подобное, и накладывают санкции.
Корректные беклинки привлекают поисковых роботов на сайт, а это запускает индексацию страниц, повышая вероятность попадания в индекс.
